In 2018, Famous Footwear had a loyalty program that had be in market for 20 years but only 20% of members were active. Famous Footwear wanted to revamp their loyalty program to be more personal and relevant to their customers.
The wholesale rebrand included a new program name and identity, brand position, design and voice, & strategic road map to transition existing members to the new program.
Famously YOU Rewards launched with a focus on YOU, the customer, in name, copy and design.
