Bread Financial’s existing site navigation struggled to allow visitors to easily navigate and take high value actions such as as login, product browsing and search.
After conducting a thorough audit of the navigation and doing a competitive analysis, the team developed a few options that would be presented for user tests.
Based off the test results and after multiple iterations, a scalable UX structure was paired with elegant visual design to create a best-in-class navigation experience.
